Caron has worked with over 40 Architecture and Interior Design Practices across Australia. Previously the Business Manager at Kerry Hill Architects in Fremantle for over a decade, she commenced her own Consultancy in 2021. Her passion is in assisting small to mid size practice achieve their business goals.

Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance Major, Bailey has now been with Strategy Bugs for over three years and enjoys the process of unravelling the administrative history of a Practice and putting it back into a satisfying order.

Software Developer

Chelsi is currently completing a Bachelor of Information Technology at University of Queensland and assists us in bringing our digital tools to life. She also has a strong understanding of the Design process which is invaluable to us while in the development stage.
